If you have not completed Step 1, click here. This will take you to the login on Banner Web. Go to the employee tab and Pre-Authorization of International Travel is at the bottom of the list.

The Center for Global Engagement has a Faculty & Staff Trip Itinerary to help you organize your travel itinerary information before you begin. You must have all your information at hand when you register your travel. You cannot save it and come back, nor can you change it after you have submitted it.
You will need the following required material:
Your contact information while traveling
Emergency contact information in the United States (update in profile section)
Trip itinerary to include dates, locations,and accommodations with addresses and phone numbers
Flight itinerary (uploaded e-ticket copy with confirmation number)
Passport photo page copy (not a passport card).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Most countries require that your U.S. passport be valid at least 6 months into the future from the last day of your visit.
